India

In Agra, a city in Uttar Pradesh, India, famous for its Taj Mahal, Harish Chatuvedi, who teaches people free of charge to practice "water yoga", said that compared to other forms of yoga, people do not feel immediately tired when doing yoga in the water., so they can exercise for a longer time.

"Everyone can learn to swim, but if they learn yoga together with them, they will never feel tired," Chatuvedi said.

Currently, Chatuvedi has opened a training class specifically for children in the swimming pool of a local gymnasium. Most people have a positive attitude towards this emerging yoga program.

Chatuvedi specifically pointed out that by practicing "water yoga", exercisers can improve their physical fitness, eliminate diseases and strengthen their body. Although it is more strenuous than practicing yoga on land,"water yoga" is very beneficial to enhancing the flexibility of the human body. (Internship Editor: Li Jianhong)
