Practice yoga to soften your spine
"How soft your spine is, how young you are." Yoga can perfect the spine, but a perfect yoga posture is not achieved overnight. Professional yogis showed us how to use assistive tools to easily create a perfect yoga spine.
Triangle stretch: Exhale, slowly bend down to the left, placing your left hand on the ground next to your left foot.
Spine Torsion: If there is no difficulty, hold your hands directly behind your back.
Spine extension: Grab your ankles with both hands, get as close to your legs as possible, and finally put your palms flat on the ground next to your feet.
Wheel: Lie on your back with your hands on your sides. Bend your legs with your heels pressed against the back of your thighs. Move your hands to both sides of your head, palms to the ground. Inhale, arch your back, and lift your hips and abdomen upward.
Plough stance: Lie on your back with your arms on your sides. Inhale, lift your legs up over your body, exhale, and place your legs back above your head. Touch your toes.
Camel stance: Get down on your knees, your legs slightly apart, and your hands akimbo. Inhale, slowly bend the spine back and contract the muscles in your buttocks. While exhale, place your palms on the soles of your feet and relax your neck back.
