Yoga stretches the spine to restore a straight figure

Yoga stretches the spine to restore a straight figure0

In daily work and study, many people often sit for a whole day. Over time, the spine will be compressed by the body's gravity, which may cause pain in the back muscles and the person seems to be shorter. The following few simple little movements, done frequently, can stretch the spine, exercise your back muscles, and help you restore your straight and straight posture.

1. Plow type:

Lie on your back with your arms on either side of your body; inhale, lift your legs up and across your body, exhale, and place your legs back above your head, trying to touch your toes to the ground.

2. Camel Style:

Get down on your knees, spread your legs slightly apart, and put your hands on your hips. Inhale, slowly bend the spine back and contract the muscles in your buttocks. While exhale, place your palms on the soles of your feet and relax your neck back.

3. Triangle extension:

Stand upright with your feet slightly wider than shoulder, exhale, slowly bend to the left, place your left hand on the ground next to your left foot, hold for 30 seconds, and then repeat this movement in the opposite direction.

4. Spinal extension:

Stand upright, feet as wide as shoulders, bend forward and bow down; put your hands close to the ground and grab your ankles; get as close as possible to your legs and place your hands and palms flat on the ground next to your feet. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
