STEP5: Slim neck
Lie on your face, support your hands on both sides of your chest, straighten your arms, support your upper body, tilt your head back as much as possible, feel that the back of your head is about to fit your spine, look at the ceiling, hold for 5 seconds, return your head to its natural position, slowly turn to one side, look at your heel. Change to the other side and follow this step to repeat the entire set.
