1. Sit on your back and lift your legs

2. Supine torsion

② Twist your body to the left so that the tip of your nose can touch the floor, straighten your right leg and place it behind, straighten your left leg and place it in front, and keep your feet apart as much as possible.

3. Sitting and bending forward
① Sitting in a sitting position, bend your legs so that the soles of your feet are close, straighten your arms, press your hands hard on your knees, straighten your back, and lean forward your shoulders slightly.
② Keep your right hand in the same position, straighten your left arm in front of your body, touch the ground with your palms, and lean forward with your shoulders.
③ Withdraw your left hand, bend your elbow, drag your left face with your palm, and continue to lean forward.
