Therefore, infants and young children can speed up their metabolism and persevere after "practicing", which can slow down their heart rate and increase their blood output. Increase, enhance heart function, increase appetite, and better sleep.

C helps establish a good mother-child relationship

When doing parent-child yoga, parents face infants and children,"practice" and talk. Whenever the parents praise, encourage, or show a happy expression after the infant completes a movement, the infant will have the same reaction. Good parent-child emotional communication is conducive to the formation of a good character and the establishment of interpersonal relationships in children.

D Parent-child yoga can also make infants and young children happy

Cultivate a lively and cheerful character and a brave spirit. Movement training broadens children's horizons and promotes their intellectual development. All of this is very beneficial to the baby's growth.

Parent-child yoga should select movements based on the child's age and ability to accept them. When doing movements, the mother's hand should not leave the baby's body to increase the child's sense of security.

1. Looking up

Practice: The mother bends her knees slightly, holds the baby with both hands, and exhale. The baby slowly sits on the mother's abdomen. After relaxing the upper body, it lies on the mother's thighs. The mother breathes in, and the mother and son sit up and look at each other at the same time. Stay for 10 to 20 seconds. Slowly restore and adjust your breathing. Do it 3 to 5 times in each group. Make 4 groups.

The mother and son look at each other, and the mother breathes in and raises her legs as high as possible (Figure 2a). Exhale, lowers her legs (Figure 2b). Inhale, raises her legs as high as possible, and goes back and forth several times until her legs feel sore and tired. Slowly restore and adjust your breathing.

It should be noted that babies who receive this operation training should undergo a health check and receive health guidance from a health care doctor. Because if babies have bone and joint diseases, or during certain acute diseases, they should not undergo training for the time being. In addition, note that:

1. It is best to train between meals or after adequate rest to avoid fatigue, hunger and satiety.

2. During training, the movements should be gentle and slow, with a sense of rhythm, and slowly let the baby adapt.

3. During exercise, try to reach a certain range of movements, but it is not advisable to force the baby too much. It should be induced by the trend, otherwise excessive stretching will cause the baby's body injury.

4. When your baby's emotional reaction is intense, you should suspend exercise.

Parent-child yoga is done once or twice a week to form a rule. From the time a child is young, it is necessary to cultivate the concepts he adheres to. Research has shown that certain cultivation in early childhood will affect a person's life, especially the formation of character in early childhood. It is very important. I hope more moms will start practicing with your good baby from now on. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
