steps:

1. Kneel down with your legs together, sit on your heels, place your hands on your thighs, and straighten your spine.

2. Lift your arms upward from both sides, close your palms above the top of your head, cross your thumbs, touch your ears, straighten your spine, take a deep breath, and straighten your arms upward as much as possible.

3. During the movement, keep your hips always on your heels, exhale, and bend forward from your waist.

4. Stretch the spine forward until the outside of your hand touches the ground and the arms are straightened.

5. Exhale and continue to stretch forward, allowing your head to touch the floor, remove your chin from your body, relax your shoulders and arms, and keep your eyes open for 20 seconds.

6. During the process, your hips should not leave your heels. Inhale and slowly get up, stand your upper body straight, and keep your arms stretched upward.

7. Exhale, lower your arms from both sides of your body, turn your body 180 degrees, and relax on your back for 20 seconds.

8. Do sit-ups, turn 180 degrees, forward, and repeat this pose.
