Stretching before hot yoga practice
Keep your feet together and relax your shoulders upright.
Cross your hands and place your palms down on your head, and breathe in.
Hands and body down at the same time, hold the closed calves as low as possible, and exhale.
Interlace your fingers with both hands and straighten your index finger tightly. Stretch your arms straight and stretch back as far as possible, while leaning back your neck. The
stretches as far as possible to the left and right sides of the body respectively.
