1 Eat some digestible foods, fruits, yogurt, etc. two to three hours before practice.
2 Students with high blood pressure, heart disease, vertigo, etc. should not practice high temperature yoga.
3 After the exercise, you need to take a bath and eat again after 30 minutes.
4 If you feel unwell during practice, please lie down and rest immediately.
5 Drink a small amount of salt water before exercise and replenish water at any time during exercise.
6 Try not to hold your breath during practice and follow the coach's instructions to breathe.
7 Since the practice of high-temperature yoga will cause the body to sweat a lot, you should add a lot of water containing electrolytes after practice.
8 Please do not put on makeup before practicing, as sweating can block pores.
