Experience high-temperature yoga 44 days after cesarean section

I once heard a friend say,"If you can successfully lose 10 pounds after giving birth, you can still lose 10 pounds by the age of 40. However, if you gain 10 pounds after giving birth, you will gain another 10 pounds by the age of 40... "Although this is just a theory, and I don't see any mother around me who really does, it at least reminds new mothers who love beauty that the sooner they exercise after childbirth, the better. If you miss the best slimming period, you may regret it for the rest of your life.

I gained 23 pounds during pregnancy and returned to my pre-pregnancy weight 42 days after delivery. The new mothers I met during the review couldn't believe that I had just given birth to my baby. I was so happy that I was almost carried away by the temporary victory. Originally, I wanted to be lazy at home for a while, but my husband kicked me out to exercise every day. First, he sold out a wad of RMB and claimed that all expenses would be reimbursed. Later, seeing that I was not moved by money, I moved out my son again, saying that I can not care about my image, but my son must have a beautiful mother. I was finally defeated...

High temperature yoga is my choice for postpartum weight loss. Because high-temperature yoga is very suitable for people who are beginning to yoga or who have been short of exercise for a long time, getting pregnant and having children means not having exercised for a long time. Moreover, it is said that the weight loss effect of high temperature yoga is very obvious. I have a friend who practiced for a month after giving birth and lost ten pounds. This is so tempting for us new mothers who want to regain their slim figure in one day.

44 days after giving birth, I finally walked into the high-temperature yoga studio. As soon as I entered the door, I exited. Isn't this a sauna? The hot air, the wooden decoration, the surrounding sauna stove, and the soft yellow lights. If it weren't for the melodious yoga music filled the air, it would be no different from a sauna. I spread out the yoga mat on a side position and looked around. There was already a person in the room. She was lying quietly on the mat. I followed her and lay down, only to find that there was still relatively cool air only a few centimeters close to the ground, so it would feel much cooler when lying down. However, because the temperature in the entire room was still very high, thin beads of sweat appeared the moment I entered. After staying for a while, my clothes were already moist.

Because I chose the afternoon class, there were only three students. Our coach was a beautiful girl with a beautiful figure that made people envy and hate. Fortunately, the fog in the room is quite thick, so we "big bellies" are not too embarrassed. With music and passwords, my first hot yoga class began.

High temperature yoga places special emphasis on breathing, slow breathing, especially not holding your breath. The temperature is so high, if you hold your breath, you will probably faint. Due to the high temperature, the joints, ligaments, and muscles of the body are easier to complete movements than usual. It is also because of the high temperature that I fully understand what it means to sweat profusely, sweat like rain, and sweat dripping down the soil... Sure enough, practice leads to true knowledge!

The high-temperature yoga movements are all fixed sets, with a total of 26 movements. I carefully experienced it, and the stretching of the abdomen is not very obvious. The only movement may exert pressure on the caesarean section wound. Just do it halfway through, that is, use your elbows to support the ground, and don't lie down completely like the beautiful women in the picture. There are also two other movements, both of which involve putting your head upside down. When you stand upside down, half of the sweat flows into your eyes, sand your eyes, and half of it is poured directly into your nose, choking your nose. Close your eyes and you can't maintain your balance. Hold your breath, but you're afraid of fainting. It's really uncomfortable.

I haven't exercised for nearly a year, and I just gave birth to a baby, so my physical strength really can't keep up. There were several times when I felt black in front of my eyes and dizzy, as if I was about to fall down. I took a deep breath and slowly recovered. The coach said to lie down immediately when I feel uncomfortable. I firmly believe that I can persist, so I just hold on. It's my first time doing high temperature yoga, as long as you feel comfortable while doing the movements. Most of my movements were not enough, the ligaments were not soft enough, and my abdomen had no strength at all. I couldn't get up from sit-ups. What was even more wrong was that I wore a pair of trousers. After a few movements, all the clothes were soaked and stuck to my body. If I wanted to lift my legs, I had to roll up my trouser legs. Who knew it would be so hot! But no matter how much we sweat, we don't sweat as much as the coach. The coach has to twist her towel every few movements, and the sweat is dripping. She said that people with better metabolism sweat more, and their upper limbs sweat more than their lower limbs. Because many people are always sitting, the circulation of their lower limbs is poor, and of course they are not easy to sweat, so their lower limbs tend to accumulate fat!

A high-temperature yoga class lasts 75 minutes. I can only say that I barely persevered until the end, but I felt very comfortable after sweating. I really started to lose weight, and I was also psychologically satisfied. The coach told me to practice at most twice a week, and the rest of the time can practice negative oxygen ion yoga or ordinary yoga. It must be adjusted in a timely manner according to your own situation. Especially for new mothers like us, we must prevent collapse and pay attention to the wound at all times. Don't feed your baby immediately after you go home after exercise. Add more water before and after exercise.

My own experience is that feeding the baby is already very hard, so you must not overload yourself with exercise. You must proceed step by step. The movements of high-temperature yoga are not difficult, but because they sweat a lot, they consume quite physical strength and the intensity is not small. Therefore, if a mother and friend who has just given birth feels weak, don't choose high-temperature yoga. If you want to exercise and lose weight, it is more appropriate to start from swimming. If conditions allow you to practice high-temperature yoga, don't wear long pants like me. Choose clothes that absorb sweat and breathe but don't stick to your body. Some high-temperature yoga halls are exclusive to women, so it doesn't matter to wear less. In addition to wiping sweat, bring a larger one on the yoga mat to prevent slip, and you will need it when you sweat like rain. Of course, the most important thing is to buy a yoga mat for yourself, because even every time I wash it, it will leave the smell of sweat. Using the public mat in the yoga studio, I always feel like I can smell the smell of smelly feet...

Exercise requires perseverance and perseverance, and this is what I lack the most, so I want to thank Wang Fang, who has always "instilled" in me the concept of being a charming mother and inspired me to make an impact on beauty. I also want to thank my husband, who is the one who gave me the most powerful support, of course, the most important thing is money. I also want to thank my mother-in-law and my father, who helped me take care of my lovely son while I was exercising, so that I had no worries.

I promised my son that I would give him the most beautiful mother he could be proud of! The son smiled. Editor in charge: Peng Daojing
