Simple yoga removes acne and spots

Simple yoga removes acne and spots0

I still remember that one of the political questions that I often had to memorize when preparing for the college entrance examination was the criticism of the Marxist scientific worldview of "treating the head when it hurts, treating the foot when it hurts", and this kind of thinking also applies to our "face" issue. Acne and color spots are topics that every woman talks about. At the same time, it is not simply a problem that can be solved by going to the beauty salon a few more times. Instead of letting her purse suffer together with her "face", it is better to practice the head-to-knee pose to give your body a conditioning from the inside out.

Yoga believes that when blood is unclean, skin diseases such as acne and spots are easy to develop, and they are also a signal of physical abnormalities. To purify the blood, we must adjust the liver, spleen, and kidneys, the main organs in our body that make blood, store blood, and filter blood, to make them full of vitality. The head-to-knee pose is a very beneficial pose for these three main organs.

Practice head to knee pose

1. Stand with your hands hanging down naturally, and keep breathing steadily.

2. Inhale, step backward with your left foot, straighten your right leg, and stand with your feet in a large "V" shape.

3. Breathe, bend your upper body forward, close to your right thigh, and try your head to your right leg as close as possible (try to let the tip of your nose touch your knees), and press your hands naturally on the floor on both sides of your right foot.

4. Keep 3-5 deep breaths.

5. Inhale, slowly lift the upper body, return to the original standing posture, and adjust your breathing.

6. Change the other leg and repeat the above actions.

Exercise efficacy: The head-to-knee pose is a variation of the famous "triangle pose", which is a classic movement in yoga. The head-to-knee pose provides lateral extension to the spine and eliminates waist fat accumulation. It can stimulate the nervous system and adjust the operation of the liver, spleen, and kidneys. Long-term practice can "provide sufficient kidney qi, calm liver blood, and clear lungs." Toxins in the body will be eliminated as soon as possible, blood will be purified, and qi and blood will be reconciled, and yin and yang will naturally be balanced.

Experience sharing: Head-to-knee pose is also a movement that I prefer to practice (I like to practice movements that can stretch sideways, because we rarely use this posture in ordinary life, and this part of the muscles are rarely exercised). In addition to the above effects, when you lower your head and touch your knees, blood also collects in your brain, bringing more oxygen, and your complexion becomes much more rosy.
