Report on the feelings of flowing yoga practice0

More and more people are practicing yoga, and the introduction of yoga has gradually broken through the original single model. The author has experienced "flow yoga" once.

In fact, Liu Yoga is a form of Hatha Yoga. Flow yoga focuses more on comprehensive exercise of stretch, strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and concentration, especially endurance, and also focuses on the coordination of breathing and body position. The connection between poses gives people the feeling of being completed in one go. At the same time, flow yoga also combines the characteristics of auxiliary yoga, focusing on the details of body positions and the auxiliary use of tools.

After a class, I feel that the biggest difference between flow yoga and traditional yoga is that during ordinary yoga practice, there are constant short-term recuperation, while flow yoga is continuous, and all the movements are almost done in one go, and in the end, it is relaxing and resting, and its rest is also done by doing movements, so it feels much stronger and much harder.

The coach said that members who are new to yoga are not in good physical fitness and generally do not recommend taking up-stream yoga courses. The difficulty and intensity of the movements exceed the limit of physical fitness. Not only will they not experience the charm of up-stream yoga, but they will also backfire. But people with some basics will feel very enjoyable when they practice yoga, and their bodies will feel particularly comfortable after practicing it. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
