Effective detoxification half-lotus-enhanced promor-stretching yoga
First of all, we must emphasize that this pose is not suitable for beginners of yoga. You must learn yoga for at least half a year before you can start practicing!
Practice half lotus enhanced forward stretch
1. Stand in mountain style.
2. Inhale, lift your right leg, bend your right knee, and place the instep of your right foot on your left thigh.
3. Grasp your right foot with your left hand, wrap your right arm behind your body, and grab the big toe of your right foot with your thumb, index and middle fingers.
4. Release your left hand, exhale, bend forward, place your left hand next to your left foot, lift your head, press your back as much as possible, and hold 2 deep breaths.
5. Exhale, place your head and chin on your left knee (or as close to your left knee as possible), and take 3-5 deep breaths.
6. Inhale, lift your torso back to step 4, and take 2 deep breaths.
7. Inhale, lift your left palm and return to step 3.
8. Release the tight left foot with your right hand and return to the mountain stance.
9. Repeat on the other side.
Experience sharing:
In step 4, if the palm cannot touch the ground, start with the tip of your fingers, then gradually transition to your fingers, and finally place the entire palm on the ground. The same is true for the head, first with the forehead close to the knees, then the neck stretched, then the tip of the nose close to the knees, then the lips, and finally the chin. The process from head to chin also shows that the body is becoming more and more elastic.
Exercise efficacy:
Detoxify the body; treat knee stiffness; help digestion and enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis (abdominal organs are contracted and squeezed); expand the chest and deepen breathing;(Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
