Qigong Body Warming Style warms your spine
Winter is here. For most people, winter is a relatively painful season. The cold weather will make you stiff, which not only makes physical activities inconvenient, but also feels uncomfortable for your body. Then practice Qigong body-warming yoga with me in winter. Through practice, it can warm the spine and intervertebral discs, increase the amount of oxygen inhaled, nourish and strengthen the abdominal organs, and also has a good effect on eliminating bloating and gastrointestinal discomfort.
Practice Qigong Body Warming Style:
1. Stand upright, slowly open your feet to shoulder width, inhale, put your hands together and lift them over the top of your head, and tilt your head back as much as possible.
2. Exhale, lower your hands to your feet, bend down, straighten your knees without bending, and slide your hands down to your ankles.
3. The head droop naturally, place it between the legs, and keep it for a certain period of time.
4. Slowly lift the upper body, slide your hands up from the ankles to the straddle, and tilt your head back to the maximum extent.
5. Return to basic standing posture and practice several times until your body becomes hot. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
