Yoga that allows you to eliminate joint stiffness in winter

Yoga that allows you to eliminate joint stiffness in winter0

Winter is undoubtedly the most difficult season for those patients with arthritis. The cold weather makes the joints particularly stiff and painful. Then come and practice a balanced yoga routine with me! With this exercise, you can eliminate stiffness in your joints and make them flexible. It can also promote blood circulation, strengthen muscles, eliminate joint pain, and has a good therapeutic effect on joint diseases in the knees, ankles, shoulder joints, wrist joints, palms, and fingers.

Practice balanced yoga:

1. Stand upright, look straight ahead with your eyes, place your hands on both sides of your body, and maintain normal breathing.

2. Keep your left leg standing, bend your right knee, lift your right heel up to your hip, and grab your right ankle with your right hand.

3. Slowly lift your left hand over your head from bottom up, and slowly lift your arms.

4. Keep your body straight and in a straight line from top to bottom.

5. Hold this position for ten seconds.

6. Slowly lean forward, use your right hand to pull your right foot upward to the limit, and keep your arms straight.

7. Lower your right leg, rest for ten seconds, and practice with the other leg.

8. Repeat the above exercises 4 times. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
