The second technique to learn energy yoga techniques
Learn the second technique of energy yoga techniques and help you practice yoga
Or in space, feel this like lightning.
This is a very similar approach, with only slight differences: "Or in space, feel this like lightning." Between one center and another, when light comes, you can feel it like lightning-just a jump of light. For some people, the second technique may be more suitable, and for others, the first technique may be more suitable, which is why with this correction, some people cannot imagine things incrementally, and some people cannot imagine things leapfrog. If you can think and imagine incrementally, then the first method is good, but if you try the first method and you feel that the light jumps directly from the first center to the second center, then you don't do the first method. For you, the second method is better. "Feel this like lightning" is like sparks of light jumping from one center to the next. The second one is more real, because in fact, light is a leap, rather than gradual, step-by-step growth. Light is a leap.
Pay attention to the electric lights. You think they continue to remain the same, but they are illusory. There are actually gaps, but the gap is small, so you can't detect them. Electricity comes in jumping, there is a dark gap after one jump, then there is another jump, and then there is a dark gap after another, but you never feel the gap because the jump is very fast, otherwise there will be darkness every moment. Another jump, light comes, and then it becomes dark again. Light jumps, it never has to walk. For those who can imagine jumping, the second correction technique is the best.
"Or in space, feel this like lightning." Just try it, if you think it's good for the light to come gradually, that's fine. If you don't think it's good, if you think it's jumping, forget about the light and think of it as lightning in the sky and in the clouds, jumping from one place to another.
The first skill will be easier for women, but the second for men. It is easier for women's minds to imagine progressive ways, while men's minds are easier to jump, men's minds are "beating", it jumps from one thing to another, there is a subtle instability in the men's minds, and women's minds have a gradual process, it is not beating, which is why the logic of women and men is very different. Men continue to jump from one thing to another. For women, this is unimaginable. For them, there has to be growth-gradual growth, but you have to choose, try these two techniques, and then choose which one you think is better.
There are two or three things to pay attention to about this method: If you use lightning, you may feel that the "heat" seems unbearable. If you feel that way, then don't try it. Lightning can give you a lot of heat. If you feel that way, if you think it is unbearable, then don't try this. Then use the first method. If you feel comfortable using the first method, that's good. Otherwise, don't try it. Sometimes the explosion may be bigger, and you may become afraid. Once you are afraid, you will never be able to do it again. If you do it again, the fear will come back.
So one must be careful not to become afraid of anything. If you think fear will come and it will be too strong for you, then don't try it. Then the first way to use light is the best. If you think that even if you use light, there will be too much heat coming to you, then think of the light as cool, think of them as cool. Then, instead of feeling warm, you will feel that everything is cold. Doing so will also work, so you can decide to try and decide. Remember: With this method, or another method, if you feel very uncomfortable or unbearable, don't do it. There are other methods, this method may not be suitable for you, and with unnecessary internal interruptions, you will create more problems than you can solve.
Because of this, we developed a special form of yoga in India, which we call "sahajyoga", which means spontaneous, easy, and natural. Always remember "Shajia". If you feel that any skill comes to you spontaneously, if you feel more affinity for it, if you feel it's good to use it-healthier, more lively, more relaxed, then, that's the way for you. Follow it, you can trust it, don't create unnecessary problems. The inner process is very complex. If you do something and it is too strong for you, you may destroy many things. So it's best to follow what you feel harmonious with. (Internship Editor: Zhang Xing)
