Yoga Movement Guidance for Treating Chronic Diarrhea
Summer is here, and it is a very pleasant thing for about three to five friends to go to a big food stall to drink beer and eat barbecue. However, if you don't pay attention to food hygiene, it is easy for bacteria to invade the stomach and suffer from diarrhea. Acute diarrhea should be taken to the hospital as soon as possible for treatment, while chronic diarrhea can be cured by practicing yoga.
There are many reasons for chronic diarrhea, such as eating too much and drinking too much; lack of gastric acid; lack of digestive fluid caused by pancreatic disorders; and diseases of the small and large intestine.
However, most people suffering from chronic diarrhea are neurotic. In other words, it is because of poor waist posture, which makes the six-centimeter intestine uncomfortable, and the autonomic nerve center below the navel is constantly pressured, resulting in sensory imbalance. In this case, bend the waist as much as possible to expand the waist as much as possible, so that the intestine can function freely.
For this, practicing the cat's posture is the most effective.
Practice the cat's posture
1. Touch the ground with your hands and knees, with your elbows directly below your shoulders, and stretch your fingers out and point forward to relax your nerves.
2. Press your waist down in an arc, raise your head, and gently close your eyes to calm down.
3. Arch your back as much as possible and lower your head. Take a deep breath.
Experience sharing: When I first practiced yoga, there were times when I felt uncomfortable. Later, I read in a yoga book,"As long as you fully exercise your waist, your nerves will feel refreshed." Only then did he understand that it was because he had not arranged the waist movements, so he was never happy. There are many actions to exercise the waist. We have a special article on this. Interested friends can go and see if the connection between the waist and the nerves is so close. Anyway, every time I practice yoga, I will never overlook the important waist.
