Recently, in the atrium of Raffles Square, a famous chewing gum company held an office building tour exhibition, allowing white-collar workers and professional yoga teachers to experience the healthy feeling of physical and mental relaxation. "Table-side yoga" is a yoga exercise specially designed for office workers. It lasts for about 15 minutes. The movements are simple and easy to learn. They can be easily completed by sitting or standing at the table. For white-collar workers who need to sit at their desks for a long time, it can effectively relieve symptoms such as eye fatigue, shoulder, neck and back soreness.

Semi-squatting posture at the table:

Stand up straight, gently hold your hips with both hands, keeping your abdominal muscles tight and your shoulders relaxed. Inhale while lifting your spine upward, and gently bend your kneecaps as you exhale. Imagine that your back is pressed against a wall, slowly lower your hips, try to keep your spine upright and your thighs tightened. If possible, inhale and pull your arms forward, with your palms facing each other. Relax your shoulders, tighten your abdominal muscles, keep your knees steady, and stretch your thigh muscles. Inhale and gently stand upright, relax your hands, then slowly adjust your breathing to relax your thighs and abdominal muscles.
