Postures for practicing yoga during female physiological period
Stand and stretch forward:
Things like standing forward flexion, downward dog pose, bi-angle pose, and lateral front stretch pose, preferably with head support, are all beneficial to women during menstruation.
To soften the abdomen, a woman must first retract her abdomen backwards before completing the pose. However, people with physical pain, lumbosacral pain, people with low physical strength, and people with sudden drops in blood sugar should avoid these poses!

Simple forward stretching pose:
Posture exercises such as facing down King Kong pose, facing down auspicious pose, one-leg back extension, one-leg kneeling back extension, half-lotus sitting one-leg back extension, Shenggemarich pose, sitting corner side extension, sitting corner front extension can gently suppress excessive menstrual bleeding, soothe the abdomen, and rest excited brain cells.
These poses are beneficial for women with headaches, back pain, menstrual bleeding, abdominal cramps and fatigue.
Sitting posture:
Postures such as Auspicious Sitting, King Kong Sitting, Lotus Sitting, Corner Sitting, Corner Sitting, Ox Face, and Perineal Binding can help eliminate women's stress and tension.
At the same time, they also lubricate, stretch and flex the groin, knees, tendons, ankles, and toes, allowing the joints to relax and eliminate swelling and pain.
