1. It is very important to choose a good initial coach. The coach's understanding of yoga's heritage and culture, as well as his own level, will directly affect the recipient. Men will prefer POWER YOGA, and if possible, choose a male coach for easier communication.
2. Yoga is for you, and you don't have to compare it with others, let alone female members. Listen to your body's feelings, stop if you feel uncomfortable, and be sure to proceed step by step.
3. When I first started practicing, I would occasionally experience dizziness and nausea due to the wrong breathing method. Don't be nervous. Just pay attention to the combination of breathing and posture. If you persist, you will get better soon.
4. Wear loose underwear and pants as much as possible to practice. For hot yoga classes, you need to bring water and towels.
