[Phase 2] Dynamic meditation

Method: Let the whole person explode! Throw out everything that needs to be expressed and released, and let the whole person go into madness. At this time, you can scream, roar, cry, or jump, shake, dance... just completely release yourself without any suppression. The most important thing is to keep your body dynamic and not stop still.
Experience: In this process, you will completely ignore the coordination of your movements or the beauty of your postures, completely surrounded by the strong musical rhythm, starting from the head, then the shoulders, waist, back... Wherever you feel uncomfortable, you will twist wherever you feel uncomfortable, without feeling tired, as if you have reached the place you like and yearn for the most, celebrating selflessly.
When I first heard meditation, many people thought it was meditation and cultivation. In fact, meditation is divided into dynamic meditation and static meditation. Method: Raise your arms high, start jumping up and down, and emit a "whoosh!" from your dantian. Whoo! Phew!" the voice. Every time you jump and land, let the entire sole of your feet touch the ground at the same time, and let the sound hit the energy center of your body as deeply as possible.

Method: Stop! Immediately freeze in the present position or space. Any movement, coughing, or anything in the body will interfere with the flow of energy and make the efforts of previous stages disappear. So just calm down and watch whatever happens to you.
Experience: Suddenly, there was no sound. At that moment, the portrait was meditated and stopped in the body shape of the previous second: open arms, upward face, and forward bent legs. Everything around him stopped, only his beating heart, undulating breathing, and consciousness that couldn't stop continued to roll.
[Stage 5] Dance Meditation
Time: 15 minutes
Type of music: Soft
Method: Celebrate by dancing, express gratitude for the entire life, and bring this joy into the entire day.
Experience: I don't know how long it stopped, but the music started again-it was the ding-dong spring water that kept flowing forward, like a soft force constantly penetrating the hearts of people, with an indescribable purity. And I seemed to be traveling around the world, passing through the sea of bamboo and clear streams, but I couldn't see the mountains in front of me clearly. I only knew that I kept walking forward, and my sadness, anxiety, illness, and pain were all left behind...
