Differences and differences between meditation and meditation0

Yoga practitioners all know that there are two most basic and basic movements in yoga practice. One is meditation and the other is meditation. At first glance, they seem to have the same concept, but in fact they are not. As the basic movements in yoga practice, meditation and meditation have similarities and differences between them.

The similarity between meditation and meditation is that their practice goals are the same. Through practice, we can calm our bodies and minds and reach a state of thinking about nothing and being selfless. Reaching that state can be said to be "samadhi", which is the highest state of yoga. It is a situation where the water waves in your heart are not active and completely still.

The difference between meditation and meditation is that the processes of the two are different. Meditation, thinking about the text, means sitting there and trying not to think about anything. Meditation, on the other hand, has a theme in meditation, and our thoughts try to surround it as much as possible.

What do you think about in meditation?

There are several directions to think about: think about colors, think about pictures, think about sounds... These themes in meditation must not be closely related to real life. Please don't want to meditate on work, family, children, finances, etc. that trouble you every day. Instead, think about themes that allow you to focus and relax without falling asleep during the process. What do you think about color? You can do it with one color per week, but it would be better to meditate with the color of your chakras. For example: the red color of the seabed chakra, the orange color of the reproductive chakra, the yellow color of the umbilical chakra, the green color of the heart chakra, the blue color of the throat chakra, the indigo color of the forehead chakra, or the purple (or white) of the top chakra. In meditation, you can think about color on the one hand, but visualize its corresponding position on the other hand. Or you can imagine a beautiful scenery in your heart, such as blue sky, blue sea..., While placing yourself in this beautiful scenery, meditate comfortably and observe the changes in your breathing and body. Or you can stare at a picture first, and after reading it attentively, slowly close your eyes and quietly think about the previous pattern.

Where do you sit and visualize?

As for meditation, letting go of the theme you are thinking about and entering into something you don't think about will be even more difficult than meditation. It is normal to have distracting thoughts emerging at any time. We can't control distracting thoughts, but what we can do is not to "think". That is, when distracting thoughts appear, don't keep thinking about it, but let it leave gently. Just like when we look up at the white clouds in the sky, no matter how they come, they go, leaving no trace in our minds. However, this alone is not easy to do, so try to put your concentration somewhere on your body. It can be between the eyebrows, the forehead, the tip of the nose, or someone can put it on the navel. When you put your mind in that position, focus on the changes in that area and gradually minimize the perceptions and thoughts of other senses.

The above explanation is the simplest explanation and analysis of the contrast between meditation and meditation. Practitioners can slowly understand it during the specific practice process, and inform the coach of the understanding. The coach will give instructions and conduct in-depth research to understand the similarities and differences between them, understand the beauty of yoga and enjoy the beautiful realm that yoga brings us.
