Several ways to achieve yoga meditation
1. Voice meditation
(1) Mantra meditation: Yoga voice meditation is also known as "Mantra meditation". The Sanskrit word "Mantra" can be divided into two parts: "Man" means soul, and "Tra" means lead away. "Mantra" means all special languages that can draw the human mind away from its worldly thoughts, worries, desires, spiritual burdens, etc. "Meditation" means the combination of thoughts and artistic conception. Meditation can help a practitioner's spirit enter a higher realm and help coordinate the body and mind. When a person meditates by focusing on his yoga pronunciation, he can gradually transcend negative factors such as ignorance and become at the height of good qualities.
(2) Om meditation: Sit comfortably, do yoga breathing, pay close attention to breathing, and consciously breathe each time you inhale and exhale; After 5 complete breaths, continue to breathe completely, but each time you exhale, use the deepest and audible voice to the limit of feeling comfortable. Say the voice "Om", which should be as long as the exhalation process: Om-, at this time focus on the voice and practice reciting about 10 times; Then recite the "Om" sound to yourself in your heart when you breathe out and breathe in. At the same time, you feel every pore of your body breathing in billions of "Om" syllables. Imagine these billions of syllables entering the deepest part of your body and mind, bringing peace, tranquility and fearlessness. Every time you breathe in, you feel that every cell in your body is filled with this peace, tranquility and power. Every time I breathe out, I feel the countless "Om" syllables spreading this peace to the entire environment, the entire universe, and even all living beings. I practice this at least 50 times. The result of this meditation is meditation.

If the mind drifts away and doesn't pay attention to the sound, gently draw it back. Don't force your attention, nor let the mind wander around without control, wandering around without return.

First sit down in the yoga sitting posture, close your eyes, breathe deeply. Each time you exhale, recite "Haribor Niitai-Gil" repeatedly in an audible voice. While chanting, God Mao listens to the sound; Each time you inhale, recite the same yoga sound to yourself in your heart; while chanting, try to keep your mind focused on the yoga sound, but don't turn it into a nervous attention. Practice this method at least 50 times. If you practice this practice frequently, your heart will gradually be purified and purified, and sometimes you may shed tears of love and happiness.

In addition to the above sound meditation, there are also "Madana-Mohana Benwali Haripol" meditation and "Gopala Govinda Wama Madana-Mohana" meditation. The exercises are roughly the same as the above exercises, except that the pronunciation is different.
2. Other methods
(1) Non-synchronized breathing method: Yoga voice meditation can also be practiced without synchronized breathing. People only need to focus their hearts on the recitation of the sound, and let their breathing go without paying attention to it. Sometimes exhaling and reciting part of the sound occur simultaneously, and sometimes inhaling and reciting another part of the sound occur simultaneously. Sometimes you recite the entire sound while exhaling. Sometimes the inhale is short and deep, and the entire voice is recited during prolonged exhalation. Practices can vary from person to person.
(2) No need to strictly pose: Yoga voice meditation can even be practiced while standing, walking, running, lying down, etc. Yoga voice meditation can be practiced strictly in the yoga sitting posture according to the above methods, or in any other form regardless of one position. Of course, you can close your eyes or open your eyes during practice, and you can recite any of the above in voice. (Internship Editor: Zhang Xing)
