Yoga Meditation Ajapa Japa Meditation

Ajapa japa meditation is an important meditation practice through which we can think wholeheartedly and feel imaginatively. It has another name, called "spontaneous consciousness". It can be interpreted as: to understand, to go deep, to observe, and then to experience.

Voice meditation is a repetitive recitation of scripture. When this chanting is automatically repeated unconsciously, voice meditation becomes meditation. The scriptures say that meditation comes from the soul, while voice meditation comes from the mouth.

Yoga meditation is especially recommended for those who enjoy activities with great stress and problems. This activity can help people get rid of fear and mental stress by diverting attention. Yoga meditation is also of great benefit to people living under heavy schoolwork and mental work. It allows people to balance mental and physical activities. Given that study and mental work can lead to introspection, yoga meditation requires people to be aware of their own spiritual activities while maintaining awareness of breathing activity and repeating mantras. While doing purely mental and physical activity, coaches began to explore more subtle areas of the psychological institution. -- Psychological centers and psychological channels.

Yoga meditation is a great exercise for people who can reasonably control their thoughts and want to improve their attention. Yoga meditation is a combination of breathing and meditation. It is said that you can enter the realm of meditation by adjusting your breathing

recite scripture

The second point in meditation is the sound or recitation of scripture. There is a voice between the body and the soul. Some people heard the chanting of "so, ham", while others heard different scriptures. In fact, any kind of scripture chanting can be used for meditation practice. However, chanting "so, ham" is the most traditional method because it is consistent with the inhale and exhale methods. Scripture recitation should be combined with breathing. When you inhale, your breath will naturally produce the sound of "so search"; when you inhale, your breath will produce the sound of "ham sail". The most important thing is that breathing and chanting will merge into one. When the airflow passes through the middle meridian and breathes in from the innocence to the glabella chakra, and exhales from the eyebrow chakra to the innocence chakra, you must focus your mind on the breathing movement and the powerful sound movement-so, ham. This kind of practice purifies one's three meridians and one's life.

When the chanting is awakened in the breath, the energy of the entire body is restored. At this time, toxins from the mind are removed, and blockages in the meridians that are believed to be the source of physical and mental illness are also removed. The chanting of the scriptures awakens the middle meridian and penetrates into every element of the body. When the middle pulse begins to vibrate, self-awareness becomes active. When the left pulse vibrates, thoughts also begin to become active. When the right vein vibrates, the vitality becomes active, and the energy fills the entire organism and even extends outside the body.

With the help of the Tara Power Mantra, when the midstream is awakened, karma is symbolically eliminated. This creates a voice from within the soul and a magical experience. Any experience you have will come from your deep consciousness. This is a spiritual "business card." Prasharana ", is part of the purification process.

Yoga meditation is the foundation of yoga cleansing. Once you master meditation, sensory suppression is achieved, and the practice of sensory restriction begins. As yoga meditation approaches perfection and full realization, the potential karma is exhausted and thoughts are concentrated at one point. Through this method, Zen yoga is like a hundred flowers blooming.

Primary Yoga Meditation-Spiritual Channel Transformation

In the initial stage of practicing yoga meditation, practitioners should try to feel the breath of life echoing between the spiritual channel-the navel and the throat. In the early stages of cultivation, you need to have imagination and imagine your mind as a glass tube filled with water. When you breathe in, the horizontal line rises from your navel to your throat, when you breathe out, the horizontal line drops to your navel, or you can imagine that when you breathe in, the air comes from your navel, and when you breathe out, the air returns.

Step 1: Focus on the Mind Channel and so, ham

Feel the air flow through the mental channel between the navel and throat. Don't let your mind miss a breath of air. This continues for a few minutes.

Now, synchronize the chanting of "so, ham" with your breathing. Let the so sound that accompanies your inhalation synchronize with the gradually increasing vitality in the spiritual channel. Let the sound of ham accompanying the exhalation synchronize with the falling vitality in the spiritual channel.

Continue like this, focusing on the activity of airflow and the movement of scripture chanting.

Practice this stage for about a week, and then move on to the second stage.

Step 2: Transformation between so and ham

This step is the same as Stage 1, but changes the order of chanting. Each breath begins with exhaling out, chanting ham, and then immediately after inhaling in and chanting so. Now recite ham so. There must be a short pause between each ham so.

Practice this stage for about a week, then proceed to step three.

Step 3: Connection of "so, ham-aviation search"

Say "so" while breathing in and "ham" while breathing out. In this way,"so, ham-so, ham-so, ham" loop endlessly. Extend the vibration of "ham" during exhalation while connecting it with the vibration of "so" during inhalation. Extend the vibration of "so" during inhalation and combine it with the vibration of "ham" during exhalation. Repeat the breathing movements of "so, ham" and "ham, so" without interruption.

Practice this every day for about a week, and then proceed to step 4.

Step 4: Spontaneous alternation of "so, ham-flight search"

During this stage, you spontaneously practice the first, second and third steps alternately. Focus first on the breath formed in the "so, ham" order. Practice this for a few minutes, then turn your attention to the continuous chanting of "ham, so". After a while, you will find that "so" and "ham" are connected freely.

Keep breathing while chanting the "soham-soham-soham" cycle

After a while, you may unconsciously feel the alternation of "soham" and "hamso". Let it automatically follow its own pattern. You only need to witness the automatic transition between the three chants.

Practice this for at least five days a day, and then proceed to step five.

Step 5:

This step includes techniques from steps 1 to 4, but they practice it using the flow yoga breathing method and the tongue-top-jaw fit method. After you have fully mastered the techniques of all steps, start intermediate practice of yoga meditation. (Internship Editor: Zhang Xing)
