The literal interpretation of meditation: Underworld means annihilation. Thinking is your thoughts and thoughts. Meditation is to remove the thoughts and thoughts you want to think and find perceptions.

Meditation, everyone mistakenly believes that only sitting there is meditation, and even set up a special course for meditation. In fact, you can enter this thoughtless state anytime and anywhere. For example, postures and observing breathing can also be entered into DHYANA. When doing postures, you can move the body through breathing. When you use breathing to move the body, when the body reaches its limit, you will be in a DHYANA state. Some people call postures movement movement meditation. Mobile meditation starts from what is the entry point? By observing our body over a period of time, we will find that there are controllable and uncontrollable parts in the body.

Controllable: For example, moving your body, blinking, breathing in, and holding your breath are something you can control.

Uncontrollable: For example, the growth of nails and hair is something you cannot command and you cannot control.

Meditation comes from the controllable part of our body. For example: bend your hand to a high degree. When you bend and stretch to the limit, your thinking stops at this time. Many yoga poses require you to try to reach the limits of your body. After reaching the limits of your body, your consciousness enters the state of perception. state, enter the state of DHYANA. The YAM in PRAANAYAMA has another meaning: infinite expansion and infinite extension. When you do a pose to reach infinite extension, you enter the state of DHYANA. Practicing the pose uses the limits of the body. After the body exercises, many teachers will set up candlelight meditation, OM sound meditation, meditation to observe breathing, etc., and the principles are all the same. Candlelight meditation uses your eyes, open your eyes, and don't blink. In fact, as long as you master the principle, you can master meditation without using candles. Don't use candles, open your eyes and try not to blink. When the controllable system becomes uncontrollable, the eyes Open for a while, and you need to blink to protect your eyes when you are tired. But if you control him and don't blink, then the thinking in your mind stops, and there is no thought at this time. The exercise of meditation actually uses the controllable parts of the body to cut off thinking. The same is true for breathing. Many teachers teach you to breathe out, breathe in, and hold your breath. Let's experiment. Take a deep breath and hold your breath. At the moment of holding your breath, your mind enters a vacuum and you can't think. I entered DHYANA.

When thinking is cut off, an energy automatically flows into perception. It is difficult for perception and thinking to exist at the same time. When thinking exists too much, perception will disappear.

DHYANA This state is a perception, and this perception is intelligent. Not a child or a lunatic without the perception of thinking. The thinking of children and madmen is low-level and unactivated, and their perceptions are ignorant and unwise. DHYANA is a high degree of unity of perception and wisdom.
