Why practice yoga at home? Wouldn't it be better to take classes at a yoga center or fitness center? There are both instructors and sufficient auxiliary equipment.
This is a matter of practice density. Ideally, we should do yoga six to seven times a week (that is, do it almost every day), even if time does not allow, if we want to improve, practicing three times a week is the minimum requirement. Tranquility: Tell your family that you want to practice yoga and don't bother you if there is no need. It's okay to ride an exercise bike while watching TV, but it's too funny to practice yoga while watching TV.
Practice content: Please take some time to write down the formulas you want to do that day before practicing to avoid flipping through the book while doing it. You can warm up first by doing light formulas such as the Sage Style or the Mountain Style, then by doing stretching and balancing exercises, and finally by doing shoulder standing. After completing the exercise, do the corpse pose for five minutes to relax. Forty-five minutes of practice to do seven or eight formulas is enough.

Practice time: Basically any time will work. My experience is that practicing at dusk feels the greatest satisfaction, because at that time our bodies are the softest. If you can only practice before going to bed, don't do a handstand because it's a refreshing formula.
Music: It's certainly best to find music that you love yoga, otherwise many New Age Music will be suitable. Is classical music or pop music okay? I don't think it's a big problem.
