Yoga: Remove heart diseases first and then cure body diseases
Yoga, an ancient and fresh, simple and complex puzzle that is both in front of us and seems to be far away from us, is attracting us to the embrace of yoga. I hope to gain joy from it and find the true meaning of it.
Life is real, and the body and spirit are the driving forces that support life. If we encounter any difficulties, we should solve them with our own strength, control our destiny in our own hands, and decide our body and spirit. Yoga is the best way to help ourselves. People often say,'Remove the heart disease first, then cure the body disease.' The purpose of yoga is to eliminate physical and mental pain and achieve enlightenment. This does not just emphasize physical health, mental health. More importantly, it is spiritual improvement.
Yoga includes three aspects: body, mind and spirit:
Body-Exploring the structure and mysteries of the human body is not only a subject of physiology and anatomy, but also a subject of spirituality. The nutrition we need, in addition to diet, must also be combined with exercise methods and breathing methods to make our bodies light and comfortable and more healthy.
Heart-refers to the health of the spirit, which can change our body and destiny. As the saying goes, it is not easy to calm down. Yoga tells us how to tighten the mind so that the five senses (eyes, ears, nose, tongue, body) will not be tempted by external stimuli, and further elevate to a state of purification and liberation.' Heart is thought, imagination and creativity. If I pray, I will do it when I have it. Sit quietly first and then bless and pray. With the law of good heart, the mind can solve all daily problems and problems, and tell us how to make the heart soft and strong.
Spirit-refers to the improvement of spirituality, from meditation to understand the way to relieve the body and mind. Spiritual improvement can elevate the consciousness of the ego to the highest stage of awakening and merge with the eternal and infinite supreme consciousness. At the same time, yoga can also psychologically control the fluctuations of thought, break through the pain we experience around us, and relieve ourselves from the shackles of reincarnation. In addition to asana, yoga must enter the realm of meditation to be true yoga.
The purpose of yoga is to understand, pursue true life, and then build a world where all natural objects can be peacefully tolerated. YOGA means integration and harmony. We should reconcile with everything between heaven and earth. As long as you learn real yoga, you can achieve physical and mental health, and naturally you can get a natural body, mind and life. This naturalness is also the driving force of peace, joy, truth, goodness and beauty. (Internship Editor: Wu Jinyu)
