Yoga Heart: Yoga and Life!
1. There are usually two types of people who study yoga. One type regards yoga as a panacea and believes that everything can be obtained through yoga. The other type can understand through yoga and know that they are not only the master of matter, but also the master who uses yoga to serve them. There is actually no difference between these two types of people, but their subjective wishes are different. The former is a habitual habit of treating yoga as a material need. Therefore, the heart develops various wishes, but does not know how to understand them. Sometimes it is troubled by yoga practice, so it always stays in the middle and cannot get the true effectiveness of yoga. The latter can realize the beauty of yoga, which is the result of understanding, and use the principles and practices of yoga to observe themselves. In this way, yoga produces the due intellectual effect through the correction of the mind. Therefore, in practicing yoga, one type of person is distressed, which is the effect of material habits, and one type of person is happy, which is the effect of understanding after entering yoga.
2. When we practice yoga, we often regard the body as the enjoyment of material senses before we understand it. Our master lives in the body but does not understand the need to repair it frequently. He often waits for all problems in the body to have problems and problems before repairing it. I don't know how to maintain it in the ordinary days; Who knows, wait until it breaks down, repair it, and the more it becomes worse and worse. In this way, illnesses and problems often come. The owner does not understand why and is immersed in his senses. He often feels strange. Why can't the illnesses and troubles be cured? After this, this comes that. After understanding, I knew and understood that the body, the carrier, serves our masters, so the body, the house, often protects us from the wind and rain; those who need us as masters often care about it, so we often do repairs; the maintenance effort lies in the daily routine, everything can be used as a place for maintenance. Even when illness comes, it will get better faster than others. Moreover, we can perceive and understand in illness and cherish the time of life.
3. Before understanding, things in life are like chaos. The senses and the heart cannot interact, and they cannot be autonomous when encountering things. As a result, all kinds of troubles followed; although I also felt moments of joy and happiness, when the troubles came, I couldn't stop them. When it was in pain, it was very violent, and my heart fell together, which hurt very much. After understanding, you can see things without chaos, and you can understand and understand the meaning. The senses and the heart interact with each other to produce harmonious energy. When trouble comes, the heart directly produces large energy, which can digest and transform it. In this way, the heart will not fall together and treat it intelligently. Facing things we experience calmly, in this way, the joy and happiness in our lives will have no obstacles and can be maintained for a long time.
4. The breathing methods of yoga are not simple breathing such as chest stance, abdominal stance and complete stance; in the ancient inheritance of yoga, there are many classic breathing methods, which are very natural and effective practice methods; First of all, we must know and understand the significance of practicing breathing. The significance of yoga breathing is to build a bridge between the body and the heart. The purpose is to shorten the separation between the body and the mind and eliminate the distance between them. In this way, no matter what breathing method and purpose, it must go through a process from coarse to fine and from fine to fine. The more detailed the breathing, the closer the distance between the body and the mind will be, the more harmonious the body and the mind will be, and ultimately the goal of unity between the body and the mind will be achieved. Careful breathing can cause the body and mind to interact with each other, generate energy, and produce a joyful mentality and conscious observation; as a result, our lives develop joy, peace, and are full of vitality with life energy.
5. There are many good medicines in this world, each of which can only cure one disease; but only the good medicines of the soul-wisdom and tranquility-can cure all illnesses. People often desire to find inner peace, but it is always there, and it never needs you to find it. When you calm down from being tired and busy for life or work, you will naturally feel its existence. People often think that escaping family, city, society and their own problems and going deep into the mountains to find inner peace, thinking that this is yoga practice. In fact, this is just a way to escape without wisdom, fearing that these temptations will be difficult to resist. Since we want to find peace "within the heart", how can we find it in the "deep mountains beyond the heart"? If you don't have wisdom in your heart, you will never find a peaceful land even if you travel to the ends of the earth; when your heart is full of peace, you will be happy and free wherever you go; when your heart is full of wisdom, everything in the ordinary is enough for you to see the truth of peace.
6. People living in civilized cities often complain about the poor living environment and the hardships of one kind and another. It is easy to solve hardships; take a good look at your life and use yoga to see what your so-called "hardships" are. In fact, life itself is not difficult; the feeling of hardship comes from your constant desire, confrontation and dissatisfaction with life and work. The most effective treatment is to cure your confrontational and dissatisfied heart first, otherwise your illness will never end. The so-called suffering is just a symptom rather than a focus. It is not that bad. Treat your hearts first, and they will heal naturally. In this way, your so-called hardship no longer exists. Therefore, we must always observe our own thoughts to treat ourselves well.
7. People have many misunderstandings and confusions about cultivation, which has caused many people to misunderstand the concept of becoming a monk. In the Buddha's teachings, the real monk is not to go to a place to recuse, but to go out of the home of the body and material to release the heart; to get out of the home of material constraints and return to a world of inner freedom and unimpeded. This is what we call becoming a monk. Usually people always look at things upside down, and understand things from the surface. The body is a monk, but the heart is not a monk. Even if you are in a temple, you are useless. Real cultivation lies in the every bit of your daily life. Some people will say, it's difficult. Answer: I cultivate because it is difficult. If it is easy, will I do it?
8. No matter what era it is, in the early stage of material development, it is the time when people's spirit also develops and progresses together, and when people enjoy material, it is the time when their spirit is weak. In the early stages of material development, spiritual power is needed to support it. Therefore, material development often interacts with spirit. Matter can not only mobilize the strength of the spirit, but also weaken it because of it. As the saying goes, matter declines when it comes to it. Therefore, everything is in two aspects. In today's era, what we need to do is to maintain one thing with one mind. Without this mind, pure material enjoyment will be very bad, because then, you won't be happy.
9. All those who achieve success and do career start by cultivating their souls. The mind is the master of human thoughts, the potential of wisdom and the origin. The power of the soul is a kind of spiritual energy. The soul is great because of its delicacy, passionate because of its concentration, and extraordinary because of its cultivation. In our daily life, people's mental strength, physical strength, intelligence and emotions all have cycles. That is to say, people's mental strength can be strong and weak, physical strength can be abundant and weak, intelligence can be quick and slow, emotions can be excited and depressed. According to the oral and ear inheritance of yogis, they know that their cycles are: mental force: 31 days, physical force: 12 days, intelligence: 45 days, and emotion: 7 days. Among them, the intellectual cycle is the longest and the emotional cycle is the shortest. When we cultivate mental tranquility, we can effectively extend the cycle of intelligence and mental strength by one or even dozens of times; physical strength through moderate exercise can help intelligence and mental strength to effectively regulate our emotions during the extension process. Driven by mental strength, intelligence directly transforms emotions into mental energy, completing the process of qualitative change to quantitative change, and all of this comes from spiritual cultivation.
