Japanese salutation yoga movements resist the cold wave
As the weather becomes colder, in addition to eating hot pot and other foods that can warm you up, related warm-up exercises are also essential. Today, I would like to introduce you to the Japanese salutation yoga movements, which can increase the softness and extensibility of muscles, activate cells in your body, and help you escape the cold.
1. Stand with your legs together, put your hands together, place them in front of your chest, and inhale and prepare.
2. Slowly lift your arms up, straighten them out, close them to both sides of your ears, and slowly lean your upper body back. Be careful not to tilt your hips to avoid folding your waist.
3. Exhale, straighten your upper body, then bend forward, so that your abdomen is close to your thighs, and your knees can be slightly bent until your fingertips touch the ground.
4. Stretch your left leg rearward, touch the ground with your knees and toes, bend your right leg at 90 degrees, place your hands on both sides of your right leg, and look forward.
5. Stretch your right leg back, close to your left leg, and kneel on your knees, so that your body's center of gravity is on your hands and legs.
6. Lower the upper body downward, bend your elbows, and keep your chest close to the ground as much as possible.
7. Stretch your arms straight, support your palms on the ground, put your hips on the ground, straighten your chest forward, and lift your head up. (Internship Editor: Yan Lili)
