Step 2: Clean massage for 3 minutes

Cleaning your face with facial cleanser and then using a cleansing massage cream can clean pores, soften and metabolize horny dirt, and promote lymph circulation. If you don't have a cleansing massage cream at home, a facial cleanser with fine matte particles can also be used, but you must bring more water during use to avoid excessive friction and damage to your skin. Remember that only gentle strength can produce the desired effect, and never touch with your fingers randomly and pull the skin rudely. Use a cleansing massage cream or a matte facial cleanser dipped in water, apply the pulp of the middle finger and ring finger on the forehead, cheeks, chin and other faces (the flattest part of the upper part of the finger, which is larger and gentler than the fingertips), and gently massage in circles for no more than 2 minutes, avoiding the eyes. Finally, wash it with warm water, and use a soft and clean towel to soak it dry.

Step3: Use nourishing massage cream for 5 minutes

Nourishing massage creams often contain unique compound formulas and a variety of nutrients, which can soothe the skin while helping to activate skin cells, strengthen blood circulation, and make the skin more crystal clear and transparent. If you don't have a nourishing massage cream at home, you can choose the nourishing cream you usually like, and use a little more. It's best to add 1-2 drops of olive oil or baby oil to mix it in the palm of your hand, and gently press it on your face and neck until the cream or massage cream is evenly applied to your face and neck. You don't have to pay much attention to fingering. You can find your own sense of rhythm. The speed should not be too fast or too slow. Listen to your heartbeat quietly, preferably in line with the speed of your heart's beating. Then still use the pulp of the middle finger and ring finger, and gently massage in a circular manner to make the skin and muscles move together and feel that they have integrated into one.

Forehead:

The first round of the middle finger and ring finger of both hands starts from the center of the brows, moves in small circles to both sides above the eyebrow arch, and finally stops at the temple and presses gently three times; the second round starts from the center of the forehead (slightly higher than the eyebrow arch), use the same movement to draw a circle to the temple, and then press gently 3 times; Finally, starting from the center of the upper end of the forehead, still massage to the temple and press gently 3 times. After three walks in this way, the skin on the forehead was basically taken care of.

Eye circumference:

Use the pulp of your ring finger to gently draw a circle from the inner corner of the eye from the upper eyelid outward to the outer corner of the eye, and then draw a circle from the outer corner of the eye from the lower eyelid inward to the inner corner of the eye. When the movement is consistent, draw a circle around the eye and repeat it 10 times.

Cheeks:

The first round of the middle finger and ring finger pulp of both hands starts from both sides of the nose and moves outward in small circles to the top of the auricle; the second round of the corners of both sides of the mouth and moves outward to the middle of the auricle (i.e., the small protrusion outside the ears and eyes); The third round of the middle finger and the ring finger starts from the chin and moves outward to the earlobe, so that the cheeks are basically covered after three rounds. If you don't feel comfortable, repeat it again or tap it gently for a while.

Lower jaw:

You can use the power of your palm to massage the contours of the face at the lower jaw by drawing a circle and pulling it upward.

Neck:

Massage the neck with both palms from bottom to top, moving left and right to take care of the entire neck skin. Finally, stare, stick out your tongue and lift your neck back 10 times at the same time. This action can prevent double chins, but it is a bit scary when doing it. Don't let your boyfriend or child see it.

Step4: Apply elastic mask for 15 minutes

After 10 minutes of massage, the facial skin is well relaxed and regulated. At this time, you can choose an elastic mask to deeply repair the skin. Why choose an elastic mask? The elastic mask generally adopts the "elastic pressing" mask design, which can be stretched at will to closely fit the skin without leaving gaps. Moderate pressure, like massaging the skin, can help comprehensively improve and tighten the skin's outline. After applying the elastic mask, you can pay attention to your breathing in the rhythm of the music. Follow the yoga abdominal breathing method, gently place your hand on your navel. When inhaling, inhale the air straight to your abdomen; the deeper the inhale, the higher the abdomen rises. As the abdomen expands, the diaphragm descends. Then exhale and retract your abdomen inward towards the spine; retract your abdomen as much as possible to exhale all the exhaust gas from your lungs. As you do so, the diaphragm will naturally rise. The advantage of breathing in this way is that it increases the oxygen supply, purifies the blood, and becomes clearer. The condition of the skin is adjusted well accordingly.
