Eye health yoga eliminates fatigue
Sitting in front of the computer all day long, it is easy to feel eye fatigue or even pain. The easiest and most effective way is to do the following eye health yoga to improve eye blood circulation and relieve fatigue.
Shiatsu and eye massage
(1) Above your eyes, slowly move your fingers from the corner of your eyes to the end of your eyes. Massage the temples with the pulp of your thumb and take a deep breath at each point.
(2) Place your middle finger at the end of your eye and gently lift it towards the outside to massage.
(3) Place your fingers under your eyes, move slowly from the end of your eye to the corner of your eye, and press against the eyelids with the pulp of your index and middle finger (or middle ring finger).
Massage cheeks and eyebrows
(1) Massage slightly hard with your middle and ring fingers near the top of the brow by drawing a circle.
(2) Massage in circles above the cheekbones. This step is added to a brow massage for about 3 minutes on average.
(3) Apply appropriate amount of eye cream and apply warm water to the eyes for 1-2 minutes. It can not only relieve fine lines in the eyes, but also have a cosmetic effect.
Let your eyes do exercises
(1) Close your eyes for about 2-3 seconds.
(2) Open your eyes as wide as possible and stop for about 2-3 seconds.
(3) Move the eyes to the left and right respectively, stopping for about 2-3 seconds each.
(4) Look up for about 2-3 seconds.
