Driving beautiful scenery, after practice, everyone moved freely to taste the rich cultural atmosphere of Tallinn and absorb the aura of nature.

Who says that women are inferior to men? After taking a short rest, everyone came to the "Nunnery Ruins"-a precious land with gentle wind and beautiful sun. Under the guidance of IVY, the second chapter of the "Spring Yoga Class" began: the warm sun was gently sprinkled on the body, allowing every inch of skin and every cell on the body to be bathed in this warmth, and continuing to pose: Warrior's second stance, latch stance, kowtow stance... the sunset is framed with gold on everyone. Posture, meditation, breathing... Heaven and earth, man and spirit, are integrated at this moment.
