Easy 5 steps to detoxify and enjoy "thin"
When you come home from work every day, you might as well spare 5-10 minutes to do five-step detoxification yoga! Although it is hard to do, I believe that if you persevere, you will not only feel more energetic day by day, but also become more and more graceful!
STEP1 Sit in a chair, hold the outside of your left knee with your right hand, inhale, extend your left hand back, open your five fingers, look at your middle finger, maintain for 5 breaths, lift your hand up and return to your original position.
STEP2 First sit on 1/3 of the chair, put your hands on the chair, then inhale, leave your buttocks from the chair, use your hands to support your body, and tilt your head back.
STEP3 Maintain it for 5 breaths, and then slowly return to the original position.
STEP4 Then relax your body, bend down, maintain the same 5 breaths, and then return to sitting position.
