We all know that we need to warm up before exercising, and practicing yoga also requires warm up. Today, Xiaobian introduces you to a simple set of yoga warm-up exercises that only takes a few minutes. Before each movement, you need to take a few deep breaths, and at the same time, your breathing must be stable to help you make subsequent progress.

Yoga warm-up movements

The first yoga warm-up action is to turn your head, lower your head when exhaling, stretch your neck muscles, and bring your chin closer to your chest. When inhaling in, turn your head clockwise from the right and return to the starting position. Raise your head again and adjust your breathing. Inhale again, tilt your head back, stretch your jaw muscles, and turn your head counterclockwise from the left side when you exhale. When rotating your head, you must know how to control it, especially when pointing forward, backward, left and right, stretch it as much as possible and stay for a short time.

The second yoga warm-up exercise is to rotate the body, stand with your legs apart, keep your shoulders wide, bend your knees slightly, straighten your back, hang your hands down, and don't use your wrists hard. Shake your arms as you inhale, and your upper body starts to turn to the left, then to the right, maintaining even breathing. Stand firmly with your feet, with your spine as the axis, and keep your movements in rhythm. The third yoga warm-up action is to relax the hip joint and pelvis. Sitting with your feet facing each other, separate your knees, and place your hands on your knees. When exhaling, press your knees with both hands. Keep the rhythm while pressing, and consciously tell yourself that the exhaust gas in your body has been exhausted by your dantian.

Yoga warm-up action 4 can relax shoulders, waist, knees, and ankles. Open your legs as much as possible while sitting, and support your upper body with your hands from behind after bowing your legs. Exhalation makes you lean your legs to the right. Breathe in again, and tilt your legs to the left again when you exhale. Keep your hips still and practice in turns on both sides. Many friends start practicing yoga and find many movements difficult to do. The reason is actually that there is too little exercise, and as long as you practice more, you can slowly adapt.

The charm of practicing yoga lies in that it can bring physical and mental changes to the practitioner, allowing the practitioner to experience progress and growth during the process and guide himself to move forward. However, everything requires perseverance. Good warm-up movements can pave the way for formal exercise.
