1. Simple open chest yoga
(1) First put your hands behind your back, tighten your fingers, put your abdomen and ribs away, and make preparations to straighten your back.
(2) Then straighten your back up, inhale, straighten your hands back, stretch your collarbone out, and maintain 5 to 10 breaths.
(3) Slowly relax and maintain a stable breath. Inhale again, straighten your back up, straighten your hands back, stretch your collarbone out, turn your upper body to the right, and maintain 5 to 10 breaths as well.
(4) Follow the same steps on the left, then go back to the middle, breathe slowly and relax.
2. Slim upper arm yoga
(1) Relax and maintain a stable breathing first, retract your abdomen and ribs, and make preparations to straighten your back.
(2) The first step is to put your palms together in front of your chest.
(3) Next, put your elbows in and together, paying attention to no gap between your arms and to close them completely.
(4) Then inhale, lift your hands up, exhale and relax, then inhale and pull up. This action is about 5 to 10 times.
