Kneeling and forward flexion weight-loss yoga
Step1 Kneel position with feet together, sitting buttocks on heels, arms straight, hands behind hips, thighs straight, chest straight, back straight, eyes straight ahead.
Step2 Hold your hands together and bend your body downward until your forehead is on the floor. Stretch your arms straight and point towards the ceiling, and hold your back as straight as possible.
Step3 Slowly lift your hips and raise them as high as possible, straighten your thighs, and press your head against the floor.
