1. Standing stance split leg yoga

① Stand, straighten your left leg and support the ground, lift your right leg off the floor, and stretch your legs as much as possible.

② Stretch your left arm and point outward, straighten your right arm, hold the heel of your right foot with your right hand, stretch your body, and straighten your back.

2. Triangle

Standing, take a step with your right foot to the right, straighten your legs, bend your body, and twist it backward. Stretch your arms, straighten your left arm, place your left hand on the outside of your right foot, straighten your right arm and point to the sky, and spread your palms out.

3. Bow

Lie flat on the floor with your abdomen facing down, your feet apart naturally, lift them off the floor, lift your chest, straighten your arms behind you, hold your feet and ankles with both hands, and stretch your limbs.

4. Warrior Style

Standing, take a big step with your right foot to the right, bend your knees 90 degrees, straighten your left leg, bend your body to the right, straighten your right arm and place it under your shoulders, straighten your left arm close to your ears, and look up.

5. Eagle Style

① Standing, bend your left leg to support the ground, bend your right leg around the top of the left leg knee, and hook your right foot behind the left leg.

② Bend your body forward, place your arms in front of you in an eagle posture, and straighten your back.
