Pyramid Stovepipe Yoga
1. Open your legs more than half a step than your shoulders. If possible, try to bend down so that your fingers can touch your thumbs and your toes are in the same direction as your face. Put your hands on your waist. You can also clench your fists with both hands or hold a towel behind your back. Inhale and feel the breath from the ground through the inside of your thighs. Clamp it up and open your chest until your chin naturally goes up to the sky. With a smile, exhale your chin straight forward and bring your body down like pushing forward from your pelvis and then slowly downward. Relax your neck. After a few breaths, release your hands. Stop here and enjoy your breath.
2. After six breaths, place your left hand on the ground, just in front of your face, fingers to the right, inhale, straighten your spine first, and exhale. When inhaling in again, slowly extend your right hand towards the sky, as if to ask for something. Open your right chest, keep your heart facing the sky, and stay. Every time you inhale, breathe the breath into your right finger.
3. After stopping for four breaths, breathe again into the fingers of your right hand, exhale and slowly lower your right hand down, and change sides.
4. After finishing both sides, you can choose to put your hands on your waist or clench your fists back or hold the towel. Clamp the inside of your legs tightly, inhale, use the strength of your abdomen and hands, slowly lift yourself up straight with your spine, and take your head up last. Come up, slowly combine your legs, pause for a while, and feel the energy flow that this action brings to your body.
