Standing waist slimming yoga
1. Stand in the basic stance.
2. Move your body's center of gravity to your left leg, bend your right knee, and press the center of your right foot against the inside of your left thigh. Grab the back of your right foot with your right hand, move your heel to the perineum, with your toes down, your right knee extended outward, and your hands folded together. Before your chest.
3. Slowly raise your hands above your head, straighten your elbows, take a few deep breaths and meditate.

6.
