Warrior third yoga

Practice:

1. Stand with your feet separated by twice the width of your shoulders.

2. Inhaling in, stretch your arms upward across the body, close your palms above the top of your head, and hold your thumb. Turn left.

3. Exhale, move your center of gravity to your left leg, inhale, lift your right heel, and stretch your body's center of gravity upward; exhale, put your arms down, bend over, lift your right leg, and finally your body forms a "T" shape.

4. Keep breathing evenly. When restoring, inhale, lift your body up with your arms, and return your right foot to the floor.

5. Exhale, turn your body back, slowly lower your arms, retract your feet, and stand relaxed. The same goes for the opposite side. 3 to 6 groups can be repeated.

Practice:

1. Stand with your legs and feet together.
