Beijing Yoga Garden: Vivian

Vivian, who majored in psychology in college in 2001, became interested in yoga because of a research report on the application of yoga to Modern Psychotherapy. After two years of self-practice, she met Mimi and Robyn, and their guidance and encouragement opened a door to yoga for Vivian.

From 2004 to 2006, Vivian completed 90 hours of yoga teacher training with Matthew Cohen and 145 hours of advanced yoga teacher training with Donna Farhi, and carefully studied Judith Lasater's writings. Vivian is deeply infected by their positive attitude towards life, and she hopes that through her professors, she can also bring people energy and optimism.

In 2004, Vivian chose "Physical and Mental Training Method" as a research topic for graduation and future career, so since then she entered the Asian Academy For Sport and Professionals (AASFP) to study, where she completed the certificate courses of Pilates Instructor Certification, Professional Fitness Trainer Certification, and Advanced Personal Trainer Certification. After years of studying nutrition, she obtained the certificates of China Nutrition Healthologist (Advanced) and Health Manager (Advanced) last year. Vivian hopes to help more people find exercises that suit them through her efforts. (Editor in charge: Zhao Ruilan)
