Because I like yoga, I began to practice yoga systematically in 2005. With the gradual understanding of yoga, I found that yoga can bring physical relaxation and spiritual pleasure to people.
In 2006, he completed 60 hours of intermediate yoga teacher training organized by OM yoga training centre and Omkarananda Patanjala in India. In 2007, he completed 200 hours of teacher training in Ashtanga yoga at Beijing yoga. In the same year, I completed Mathew Cohen's advanced teacher training course at YOGA YARD. I was deeply inspired by yoga practice, greatly improved my teaching, and deeply liked this Vinyasa Flow Yoga style. At the end of 2007, he started working as a teaching assistant and teaching in Chinese and English at the yoga garden.
Lin Jia is currently studying courses such as traditional China health care, meridians and traditional Chinese medicine, spiritual growth, etc., aiming to perfectly integrate China traditional culture, modern spiritual knowledge and yoga, and constantly summarize and improve knowledge in yoga theory and teaching. In the classroom, we focus on breathing, consciousness and yoga asanas to integrate the body and mind, emphasizing the stability of the foundation, the vigilance of the body and the calm of the brain.
