Fortunately, compared with 30% of people who often choose high-fat and high-oil working meals, 40% choose fresh and healthy food.
At the same time, in order to save lunch time, most office workers will choose fast food that is high in fat and hot. 47% of respondents said that if they were busy at work, they would finish lunch as quickly as possible. The average person spends only 6 minutes on three meals a day a week, and even 14% say they skip lunch because of work. Currently, simple sandwiches have become the most common choice for lunch, and chocolate has also topped the list of ideal lunches.
However, nutritionist Azmina Govindji said: "Although we all live stressful and busy lives, it is not advisable to randomly replace a normal diet with chocolate bars or large cups of coffee in order to save time." We should not ignore lunch, and our bad eating habits can cause problems such as stomach pain or indigestion, which will make us uncomfortable for the entire afternoon, which is not worth the loss. High-fat and high-fever foods are the main culprit for stomach pain and indigestion." Moreover, studies have shown that high-fat and high-heat foods will not only increase our waistlines, but also reduce our "bank balances." Many office workers say that they spend an average of 221.76 pounds a year on junk food, equivalent to 2,138.4 yuan.
Therefore, although we can get temporary satisfaction and happiness from this kind of unhealthy food with high fat and high fever, various physical problems later will make us more uncomfortable.
