It is important for women and their families to realize that working too long hours can lead to weight gain and potential health risks.

Even if there is pressure from work, don't overeat. It could also be your desk itself, or actually you spent the whole day at it, making you fat. 80% of today's jobs are sedentary, which means that as long as you work, you can't get the exercise you need.
