"Working people" lose weight in summer
Summer is the time to lose weight. How should "shift workers" choose the right slimming exercise?
For heavier commuters:
In order to prevent fat accumulation, it is recommended to choose sports such as jogging, walking, swimming, cycling or ball games.
For thin commuters:
If you need to gain weight, you can do more exercises such as push-ups or pull-ups, dumbbells, tension machines and apparatus gymnastics to enhance muscle strength; you can also do full-body exercises such as running, ball games, and swimming to promote digestion and absorption functions and make your body strong.
For mental workers:
These people are prone to neurasthenia, high blood pressure, heart disease, indigestion, constipation, hemorrhoids and other diseases. Then you can choose some systemic activities that can enhance cardiopulmonary function, such as walking, jogging, swimming, ball games, mountain climbing, etc.
For frail people:
In view of your physical condition, you should start with activities with small amount of exercise and safety, such as Tai Chi, walking, health exercises, etc., and then jog after you can adapt. (Internship Editor: Yan Yugeng)
