Weight loss recipe: Three meals a day
Obesity is basically caused by not being able to stop talking. Therefore, to lose weight, you must hold your mouth and take your legs open. If you don't know how to arrange your three meals a day while losing weight, we will give you some advice.
1. Breakfast
Beverages Choose from one of the following drinks
A bowl of low-fat yogurt, low-fat fresh milk, fresh juice, fresh vegetable juice, sugar-free soy milk, honey green tea, and porridge.
Choose two of the following non-staple foods
Apples, bananas, a boiled egg, half a bowl of meat floss, a tea egg, a quarter of steamed buns, a bowl of lettuce salad, and a quarter of tofu.
2. Chinese food
staple food Choose one of the following staple foods
Half a bowl of white rice and one bowl of brown rice.
Soup Choose one of the following soups
Mushrooms and golden needle soup, seaweed and radish soup, burdock and carrot soup, soybean pork ribs soup, winter melon and clam soup.
Main course Choose from two of the following main courses
Cold bamboo shoots, cold yams, cold asparagus, dried scallops and straw mushrooms, shredded chicken with silver sprouts, a crab, scrambled egg with tomato, steamed green yellow croaker, shredded chicken with taro, fried shrimp bean sprouts, dried scallops and mustard greens, crab yellow tofu, preserved egg tofu, shredded chicken with dried beans.
3. Dinner
staple food Choose one of the following staple foods
One bowl of mung bean porridge and one bowl of small fish porridge.
Soup Choose one of the following soups
Apricot and small fish soup, green vegetables and tofu soup, lotus seeds and white fungus soup, bitter gourd pork ribs soup.
Main course Choose from two of the following main courses
Hot green spinach, cold bamboo shoots, cold cucumber, fruit salad, fried chicken shredded with green beans, steamed sea fish, pumpkin chicken diced, mushroom fried dried bean curd, mapo tofu.
