1. Naxi "guest wine"
"Kejiu" is a unique traditional famous wine that Naxi people in Lijiang, Yunnan are accustomed to drinking.
"Kejiu" is brewed with sorghum, barley, wheat, etc. as raw materials. 2. Dulong bamboo wine
Men, women and children of the Dulong people in the Gongshan area of Nujiang River in Yunnan all like to drink alcohol. Every household makes wine during the harvest season. The Dulong people use bamboo tubes instead of earthen altars to make wine. When brewing, they chose the best bamboos, made the bamboo into wine cylinders, and then mixed cooked rice, wheat, or sorghum with medicinal wine and put them into the bamboo tube. After 7 days, open the cover of the bamboo tube and you can drink the mellow bamboo tube wine.
When drinking, it is distributed by the housewife, with each man, woman and child equally divided into a share. If a guest comes, there will also be a share for the guest. Bamboo tube wine is also used as a gift wine for betrothal and a festive wine for New Year celebrations. The twelfth lunar month every year. The Dulong people celebrate the "Kaqiuwa" New Year Festival, which is held on a date chosen by the family leader. At that time, woodcuts or knots will be used as invitations to invite members of other families to attend. Families who received the invitation prepared gifts and went to congratulate them. 3. Li Shanlan Liquor
