The Kingdom of Lesotho (in Soto: Mmuso wa Lesotho, meaning "people who speak Soto"), referred to as Lesotho, is located in southeastern Africa, on the western slopes of the Drakensberg Mountains on the eastern edge of the South African Plateau. It is a landlocked country. Because its territory is completely surrounded by South Africa, it is called "National China" and is the largest country among countries in the world.
