1. Lower edge of buttocks

At the same time, you can also increase the number of seconds to three seconds to maintain the lifting movement, increasing the length of time again and again.
3. Overall buttocks
You have practiced both upper and lower hips, and don't miss the muscle training of the entire hips. This step is indispensable to make the buttocks more beautiful.
Lie on the bed or on a yoga mat (not recommended on a mattress that is too soft) and bend your knees. Exhale, using the strength of your thighs and hips to lift your hips, tightening your knees together.
