What to eat for breakfast to lose weight

Surveys by US researchers show that among women, even when factors such as exercise and total calorie intake are taken into account, women who eat cereal for breakfast are still 30% less likely to be overweight than those who skip breakfast. However, women who prefer other foods for breakfast have similar odds of being overweight as women who skip breakfast.

The researchers made clear that cereal lovers consume more fiber and less fat than those who eat other foods for breakfast-a nutrient intake pattern that is often thought to help control weight. (Editor in charge: Yang Miao
